A mysterious Top-Secret Republic project in a lab somewhere in orbit in the Clak'dor system. The only information is that Varen Rill is involved as a logistician for the project and that it is a backup plan in case the Dark Swarm wins. High energy physics is thought to be involved in some fashion, and lab space dedicated to the project is designed such that it can 'eat' rogue TCV, and possibly swarm-- the whole lab is sort of built inside of a minifac.
