Required Powers: Receptive telepathy, projective telepathy

Effect:Allows the user to translate and speak a language in kind. May be used on body language, spoken, or written media. The character must either hear or see the language. Only one application is required to understand a language as long as the power is kept up. Droids may be communicated with using this power as well. Even ancient texts may be translated, but additional penalties may be incurred if the writer was being cryptic or wrote in code or guarded against use of this power. Once the power is dropped, the character is again unable to understand the target language.
