You are as susceptible to injury as everyone else, but you don't feel it as much. You do not get stunned except by stun weapons and even then you roll double Constitution to resist! If you are injured, you feel the effects as if you were injured one level lower, i.e. wounded twice only gives a -1D penalty. Incapacitated gives a -2D and Mortally Wounded finally knocks you unconscious.
