Required Powers: Receptive telepathy, projective telepathy
This power can be kept up.
Effect:This power allows a Jedi to coordinate the activities of a group to increase the group's effectiveness at a given task. The power was often used by the Emperor to increase the ability of his troops in key battles, mentally driving them on and supplementing their will to fight. This power may only be used on individuals who are in agreement with the intent of the Jedi, and it in no way grants the Jedi mental control over those affected. Instead, it links the troops on a subconscious level, allowing them to fight more proficiently and have better orginization. This power would be in great demand for large businesses if the Jedi were so inclined. If the power is successfully used, the user picks three specific skills. They must be the same for the entire group. For every 3D (round down) in the skills that the targets have, they recieve a bonus of +1D.
The Jedi may keep this power up, although he must make a new power roll whenever new targets are added or if the affected skills are changed. The Jedi may only affect Dexterity, Technical, and Strength skills.
