10.2.4786 Republic Reckoning

J'ror goes in air ducts after Dabai, but Dabai has already used manual override to open front door and has returned to let the group in. Silly J'ror get's stuck in room with no door... but Dabai was in that room and he found a door. Seems the door has turned into a wall. The rest of the gang wanders in through the front door and searches around for a flight of stairs. Finding where Dabai claimed the door was they also just find a wall. After some debate J'ror just decides to blast his way through with a TK variant. Resonate is seriously cool.

The gang splits up as everyone except Igashu and Dabai head down stairs further. Igashu and Dabai head back up and continue to explore the first floor, eventually stumbling across a young girl. Igashu convinces her to take Dabai and himself with her when she goes back "home". They discover a slum in what must have been a detention center of some sort. It seems to be populate with about 600 kidnapped employees and families. About half are gun toting cultist thugs, and the other half are simply trying to survive. The Yungists woun't let anyone leave so the whole lot of them are stuck in this ghetto until someone shows up to help them out. Igashu can't get a message back to the group with the force or radio so he and Dabai decide to duck out and leave before the nightly head count and report back to the others.

Meanwhile said others have descended some 30 flights down and found a door that J'ror really wants to go through. Quindo objects, but J'ror doesn't listen as usual. He opens the door, Mira stays outside while the others head to the end of the following hallway. Doors open suddenly and a mob on the otherside grab J'ror, Elbram, To'iir, and Brojen and drag them inside. Quindo stays out of reach, but inside the hallway refusing to leave his comrades behind. Both doors shut and floor becomes electrified. Luckily for Quindo he's be practicing that TK thing and he floats above the floor. The bad guys seem to have thought this might happen and radiation lamps in the ceiling turn on preparing to cook our friend. Mira finally get's the door open at the safe end of the hall and Quindo dives out.

Everyone heads back upstairs and get's in contact again. We decide to regroup... and are attacked by machinegun wielding troops! Who uses slugthrowers in this day and age anyway? Apparently the special anti-jedi troops of Santaros. The clever little bastards... The jedi manage to chase the small group away. As the smoke begins to clear the game ends and we wait for next week to see what happens.
