You lack the normal vomit reflex and can not rid your body of poisons once they are ingested. You are at -1D on all Constitution rolls against any ingested poison or disease where frequent vomiting is a normal symptom (ex. influenza). If you are hospitalized, these rolls are made at only -1 while your stomach is pumped. This makes you dangerously susceptible to alcohol. Any time you would normally become sick from alcohol, you instead become miserably ill and suffer a -1D to your actions. If you continue to drink and fail another check, you slip into an alcoholic coma.
