This skill covers the ability to navigate areas that have a significant criminal element in them. From walking down the street without getting assaulted to purchasing narcotics to getting an audience with a Hutt, this skill covers it. It works similar to bureaucracy when looking for a product and also needs to be specialized to a specific region or criminal enterprise, i.e. Streetwise: Jabba's Organization or Streetwise: Siffuru Sector. Outside of the region or organization, there are penalties addressed against the character depending on how foreign the culture of the criminal element is compared to where they specialized.
