Effect:Allows a willing target to be placed into a hibernation trance. The target must be willing and in communication with the user, either telepathically (for unconcious charaters) or through more conventional means to acknowledge this. This can also be used to bring another character out of a hibernation trance, although the alter difficulty is increased by +10.
