I'm trying to use first names for links unless we've got people with the same name... I don't think it's happened much. It just makes it easier to create a wiki link to Nakail by putting brackets around [ [Nakail] ] instead of putting [ [Nakail Enati| Nakail] ] everytime you want to be informal.
