This logical fallacy takes the form:

"No Jedi would willingly accept a Resurrection Parasite."

"But I'm a Jedi, and I have one."

"Well, no true Jedi would accept a Resurrection Parasite."

It is actually a combination of the ad hoc fallacy and the fallacy of equivocation. See also "No true Scotsman...".
