The ability to speak a language other than your native tongue. Each language must be purchased separately, i.e. Sullustan?, Wookie?, Rodian?. 3D is considered Tourist level fluency, 4D is business, 5D is fluent, 7D is native, and anything above is a true scholar of the language. Technically, all characters have 7D in their native language if they want to pull extra skill dice out of it or put dice in. A native adult speaking at less than 7D skill will have social penalties however.
