Effect:The user releases their hatred in a blast of pure Force energy, damaging everything within ten meters of them. Everyone within range suffers 4D damage and suffers -1D on all actions. Armor has no effect, but Force of Will does. After the power is completed, the user must make a Difficult stamina check or suffer a penalty of -1D per round the power was kept up for an hour.
