GM

He who controls the fate of the Heroes in his hands. The one who drives the plot, but not without input from the players.

This one thinks that Roleplaying is more fun and enjoyable (not to mention easier) than writing your own stories, even if you don't have the same degree of control. He has lived in the SW universe for far too long and thanks the creators of all versions of the universe (except for the bad novels) for their input. He would also like to thank Dan Simmons for his great Hyperion/Endymion series which has proven the inspiration for quite a bit of the plot of this game. He also wishes to thank everyone involved in that earlier TotJ game that provided the initial inspiration and plot seeds. Dave, Chris, Corey, it might not have lasted then, but it sure has now. Additional thanks to the other seeds of ideas, from Joseph Conrad to Steven Spielberg. Special note to the creators of L5R for another blatant rip-off of mine. (When you're too lazy to at least disguise the world, why not use someone else's stuff for a private game?). Finally, a thanks to Alastair Reynolds for what I've done with some of his ideas.

Now I'm thinking it might be fun to move away from the galaxy-spanning plot and see how some of those unfortunate characters who got stuck in this messed up galaxy get to fare in it...

And last but not least, a big thanks to Trina for letting me do all this (and even helping) without (much) complaint when I get on a roll.
