Effect:Through using this power a Jedi may actually control the very weather. Control is used to handle the forces at play and Alter is used to make the changes. If the Alter check is made and the Control is failed, then things run amock. Similarly, this power is best used again to "wind down" a created storm back towards natural conditions.
