Sense Difficulty: Target's Control, or resist mental attack or Perception (Highest), modified by Relationship.

Alter Difficulty: Heroic, modified by proximity, limited to line of sight.

Effect:A more complete form of Affect Emotions, this allows a Force User to "pin" a subject's emotional state in place with regards to a certain subject, or "unpin" someone who has been affected by this power. Note that the subject's emotions must already be manipulated into the desired alignment first.
