Time To Use:Five minutes
Effect:Battle meditation has two possible effects. The Jedi can force her adversaries to abandon their assault and turn on each other, or she can alter the tide of the battle, strengthening her allies while weakening her enemies. Before initiating the power, the user must state the desired effect. The user must be "involved" in the combat somehow, either present and fighting or directing and able to get realtime information from the combatants. With receptive telepathy this could mean the user is on another planet entirely, although it would be multiple skill uses with a rather difficult check to recieve the signal.
The difficulty to use the power is based on the number of individuals affected:

The targets of this power must have initiated combat for the effects to take hold. In game terms, a Jedi may only use this power effectively on or after the first round of combat, not before. The meditation may be begun before combat is joined, however. Enemies are defined as those who seek to oppose the Jedi's immediate goal; allies are defined as those who seek to uphold and forward the Jedi's goal.
When attempting to turn attackers against each other, the highest ability check ( control, sense, or alter) to activate the power becomes the difficulty to avoid the effects. Otherwise they immediately see their allies as the "true" enemies and attack. The power must be maintained to continue the effect. Once dropped, the effect stops instantly.
On a successful check to change the balance of the battle in the Jedi's favor, the enemies lose 1D for every 4D the user has in her best Force ability in an attribute determined by the user to a minimum of 1D, while allies recieve a bonus of the same amount to any attribute of the user's choice.
Every minute this power is kept up the user must make a stamina check starting at Very Easy and going up one level each minute.
