Bargain covers the ability to haggle for a better price on goods and services. Not all planets allow bargaining, some require it, some it only is culturally acceptable in certain markets. For every 2 that the bargain rolls differ, the price of the good or service changes by 1% in favor of the higher roll (increases in the price may be waived by the GM)
