Spicy Tuna Casserole
This isn't just any casserole folks, this is a collaborative effort of cyclopean culinary proportions. What type of casserole you may ask? Spicy Tuna.
- Cook 1 pound of elbow macaroni.
- Add 1 pound shredded Helluva Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
- Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Every casserole uses COM Soup as a base... it's a LAW)
- Don't forget to add milk (you'll need the extra liquidity)
- Add 1 can of Corn Niblets
- Add 2 cans of White Albacore Tuna (Not Light tuna, for the love of GOD!)
- You can add Peas or any other leftovers floating around your refrigerator now if you want (we didn't).
- Pepper, Paprika, Basil, to taste.
- One "dash" (A Drakmar size "dash" = about a half a cup) of Franks Red Hot Sauce.
Place in Casserole Dish and cover with a light sprinkling of breadcrumbs or "croutons"
"croutons" - I prefer to make my own. Cube a few slices of wheat bread, place in a bag with a little salt, pepper, basil, and maybe oregano... toss... dump out onto a cookie sheet and toast in the oven for a few minutes. Mmmmm Tasty.
Bake at 350 for about a half hour to melt everything together.
Eat.
Note: For cheaper casserole, use a couple of boxes of Smack and Cheese instead of the macaroni and real cheese. Kraft "The Cheesiest" makes a wonderful neon casserole.
The whole process take less than an hour (unless you're joking around, playing Neopets, and drinking cheap wine) and feeds about half a dozen normal people... or just the two cooks if you're INSANE!!!.
