Myopia Bear is a nearsighted Care Bear wearing thick horn-rimmed glasses. He is myopic both literally and figuratively - not only can't he see past his nose, but he also fails to foresee any but the most immediate consequences of his actions.

Following his adventure in Washington D.C., Myopia Bear is trapped on the plane of the elder gods, where the strange geometry of the landscape interacts with that of his eyes in such a way as to bring everything into sharp focus. It is not known whether this alien clarity extends to Myopia Bear's vision of far-reaching consequences.

When Myopia Bear used his power stare on Cthulhu, the monster stopped, blinked a few times, then drew a huge pair of thick glasses from the pocket of Its flannel shirt (which It was wearing thanks to Redneck Bear's death stare), put them on Its face, and continued Its rampage.
