KheLam

The town of Khe Lam is just south of an area that is being investigated for a possible firebase. The area must be cleared and searched before any construction can begin on the base. Platoons are being regularly sent to patrol the areas and scan the roads for traps.

Your main objectives:

Investigate the entire road to Khe Lam for any traps or mines. Mark three safe helicopter LZ's by popping smoke in each one. Clear any possible VC from the area. Secondary Objectives Investigate for possible NVA/VC movements. Support Add 2 engineers with mine detectors. You will have no artillery or aircraft support. No vehicles... you have walked from a cleared LZ off board. Once the first safe LZ is marked, you will have an available pick-up extraction mode by helicopter.
