• PVA Glue
• Metal Wire
• milliput, clay, or putty
• cotton or wool

1. make a ball 1" diameter
2. place ball in center of CD
3. cut 40 6" strips of wire
4. porcupine the wire into the putty
5. bend wire in downward arcs
6. flock the base
7. add glue to ends of the wires
8. pull small cotton balls towards center
9. glue parts of wire add more cotton
10. glue cotton to center/ball
