Store in a plastic container or ziplock bag. This will keep the static grass staticy. Shake before applying (also increases static)

Blow lightly from below to make stand up.

Pinch on

use a shaker or a squirt bottle

place near a CRT screen to make stand

use Varnish or double glue (water pva dishsoap)
