We've reserved a block of rooms at Sunday River's Jordan Grand Hotel. It is the closest hotel to the wedding & reception site, about 2 miles. You are welcome to make other arrangements. The Bethel Chamber of Commerce has a good amount of information.

We booked the rooms for October 09-11, but your rates will hold if you choose a longer (or shorter) stay.

• Standard hotel rooms have 2 queen beds and are available for $112 per night plus tax & resort fees (probably around $130 total).
• One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom (king or queen size bed), a queen size sofa or Murphy bed in the living room, and a full kitchen. The suites are available for $146 plus taxes & fees (probably around $170).
• Some larger suites may be available. Please drop us an email if you want more information.

When you reserve a room, please call 1.800.207.2365 and refer to the Belli & Andrews Wedding or to group code 84R9C3. Unreserved rooms will be released on September 09, 2009. If you call after that day, and there are rooms still available, you can get the discounted rate. In order to get the discounted rate, you need to call the hotel to book your room - you can't do it online.

It looks like check-in time is after 4:30PM. If you will be arriving in Bethel before the 2:00PM wedding on Saturday, you may want to see about an earlier check-in when you make a reservation. If your room is ready, you'll be allowed to check in early. If it's not, you can still leave your car at the hotel and take the van over to the wedding.

Directions to the hotel can (sort of) be found on their web site. It's a bit confusing because you want the Jordan Grand Hotel (not the South Ridge Welcome Center or Grand Summit Hotel). We suggest using 92 Grand Ave, Newry, ME as the address. The hotel is on the loop on Grand Ave.
