Shambhala Training
"Shambhala Training is founded on the premise that there is basic human wisdom that can help solve the world's problems. This wisdom does not belong to any one culture or religion. Rather, it is a tradition of human warriorship that has existed in many cultures throughout history.".....Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Shambhala Training is a non-sectarian spiritual path which emphasizes mindfulness-awareness meditation and bringing the innate wisdom of humanity actively into one's daily life. "Shambhala" comes from the name of a legendary enlightened kingdom. Shambhala Training was founded and taught by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, a Tibetan Buddhist meditation master.
