I found an XML list of spells via Google. If you know who created this, tell me and I'll update. Whoever made the list also made a stylesheet to turn it into a nice indexed web page.
Using that list, I created a simple spellbook document and a quick stylesheet. I use this to print my wizard's current spellbook.
PCGen includes a ton of open files, sadly in some custom format. I wrote a Perl script to turn the skill list into an XML version.
