On the streets of Boston, people choke in the air of uncertainty and fear. It keeps them in their homes at night. It makes them desperate, makes them consider buying a firearm for the first time. It makes them pray to God that their children live past 25.

That's why laws have been enforced. Laws to keep them safer at night, to restore order, to dispel the uncertainty and fear. But law ends where panic and violence begins. On the streets, it is every man for himself. And uncertainty only breeds again with renewed aggression.
