Interactive Literature Experience

  • Participated in over 70 Interactive Literature events
  • Ran over 25 instances of Interactive Literature events
  • Authored three Interactive Literature events: "A night at Club Ivory," "Inquiry," " and "Circles and Boxes." They ranged in time scope from 4 hours (A night at Club Ivory), to six months (Inquiry - serial event).
  • Taught university level course on how to write and run an Interactive Literature events, as well as characterization in acting and writing.
  • Ran a four day university level intensive seminar on Interactive Literature at Macalaster University, MN. Sponsered by the University's Theater Dept.
  • Organized and ran an Interactive Literature convention "Intercon 13" – March 13-15, 1998
  • Authored "Valence 592," a role-playing aide due for GNU style publishing pre 2000
  • Stage acting and improv stage acting experience (Comedia del Arte), as well as lighting, sound and set tech experience, and directing experience.

Interactive UI Designer and Staff Consultant for NetNumina Solutions
Sept. 98 – current Usability engineering and GUI design, GTE Labs, Waltham MA. This work involved maintaining GTE’s electronic yellow pages, SuperPages.
Sept. 98 – Dec. 98 University level instructor, Tufts University Experimental College. Taught a full credit undergraduate course on Interactive Literature. Responsible for 14 students.
June 98 - August 98 IURP Intern at GTE Laboratory, Waltham MA. Research in the areas of communication, information navigation as well as information visualization.
