Wyeast 4766 Cider Yeast

Recommended by the dude at Strange Brew in Marlborough. About $8 per package, which is a bit much.

From Wyeast Laboratories... Crisp and dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears, and other fruit. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
Temp Range from 60-75% and an alcohol tolerance of 12% ABV.
