Run by Lou and Sue Chadwick. They bring a ton of different apples to Ciderday, in 2005 a load to Colrain on Saturday and Old Deerfield on Sunday. These include Baldwin, Hubbardston, Arkansas Black, Golden Russet, Black Giliflower, Cox's Orange Pippin, Spitzenburg, Calville Blanc. Most of the good cider apples were gone by 2:30pm Saturday...don't know if they restock on Sunday.
Gallons of juice were $4 of an unknown blend and plastic carboys were available for $35, composed of: Baldwin, N. Spy, RI Greenings, Staymon Winesap, and Golden Delicious. No idea what the percentages are.
